1) How can I register for Internet banking?
Browse our Internet Banking and follow the register link. Fill out the form then take the print and sign it. Visit your branch, provide them the printed form. You will receive your temporary password through the Email or SMS as soon as your request approved by BMI. You will be requested to change the temporary password in your first login.

2) Is there any notification of my previous login?
Yes, you can find the last successful and unsuccessful login after entering to your online banking.

3) Will the account statement show more than 90 days of transactions?
We provide more than 90 days of transactions history on all accounts.

4) What is a Cache Page?
A cache is a page you visited most recently that is automatically saved to your hard drive. When you re-access that page, it is retrieved from your hard drive. Retrieval is much quicker than calling the page up fresh from the internet. However, if the page has been updated on the internet, you will still be accessing the old page via your hard drive. You will need to clear your cache memory.

5) Why should I use virtual keyboard?
It is highly recommended to use virtual keyboard to secure your password.

6) If I withdraw money from the ATM, will the location of the ATM appear on my account statement?
At this time, the location of the ATM will not appear on the account statement, only the date and time of transaction will appear.

7) What happens if I forget my Pass code?
You can click on Reset password link on login page; enter your username and answer couple of security questions. Then you will receive your temporary Pass code via E-mail or SMS.

8) What is IBAN and where can I get my IBAN?
The international bank account number (IBAN) is an international standard for identifying bank accounts across national borders in a way that would minimize the risk of propagating transcription errors. You can find your IBAN equal of your account number either in online banking or in our website.

9) How can I inform BMI, in case I have lost my ATM card?
If you registered to use our SMS banking system, you can either send your account number followed by “al” to block your ATM card or you can login to your online banking and inform BMI through lost card option furthermore you can visit your branch in which you have opened an account.

10) Which accounts can I access through Internet Banking?
You can review account balances for any of your personal savings, LC, FD, Call account, Loan etc. You can also use the account statement to review transaction history .

11) Will changing my ISP (Internet Service Provider) affect my Internet Banking?
No. Changing your ISP will have no affect on your Internet Banking.
