1) How can I Register for Thelephone banking?
If you already hold a BMI bank account all you need is to download and print the request form in A4 size paper for personal account and A4 size paper with corporate Logo and header for corporate account, sign it and visit your branch. You can download the registration form. If you do not currently have a BMI bank account, you may visit any BMI U.A.E. branches which will be pleased to open an account for you. Once you are registered you will be issued with a 4 digit Personal Access Code (PAC). If you are already registered for 24 hour Telephone Banking, your existing access codes will suffice and you will simply receive a letter to confirm that you have
access to 24hour-online Telephone Banking.

2) How much does it Cost?
24hour-online is a free service that allows you directly access your bank accounts.

3) Which Balances can be Displayed in fax?

Your account Balances are displayed in Account currency.

4) How many transactions are displayed in fax?
Your statement will show last 21 transactions on your BMI Bank accounts.

5) Can I confirm if a cheque has been passed?
The statement of account shows the cheque number.

6) Can I get a Bank Statement?
Yes, you can print off your last 21 transactions on your bank accounts.
